I Didn't Delegate (with Suffolk, Virginia Church Planter David Sexton)

In this episode, I'm joined by Suffolk, Virginia church planter David Sexton. As his church plant anticipates its seventeenth anniversary this year, he shares how it was becoming increasingly shallow as a result of his failure to delegate—something he's only just recently learned to do.
